Yes, I’m back. After
a well-earned summer break (well, I’m sure it was well-earned for somebody) I’m
dragging myself back to the computer screen for the 2014-15 season. It’s so close now, you can feel it, like the
breath of socially inept stranger on your neck as he invades your personal
space on the London Underground at rush hour.
Although, to be fair, this new season of English and European rugby is
generally viewed more favourably than the above mentioned stranger and is less
likely, one would hope, to be a pervert.
A big preview of the season is on its way but, in the
meantime, what better way to prepare for a new year of rugby action than by
looking back on the best of last season?
For that task, I’ve knocked together another instalment of CBW (Crash
Bang Wallop, for those of you uneducated in the lore of Alan Partridge) to get
the juices flowing.
